🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a multi-skilled maintenance technician team.
• Create and update preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Partner with engineering to improve production operations.
• Supervise execution of all maintenance work, including emergencies.
• Develop and manage metrics like uptime and mean time to repair.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in machining, maintenance, or manufacturing; OR 5+ years without degree
• 2+ years in a direct leadership role
