You'll support the EVP of Strategy across capital formation, investor relations, communications, and commercial partnerships at a renewable energy and ocean technology company. Your work will involve drafting pitch materials, managing CRM, and coordinating meetings. This role offers a path to senior ownership of strategic relationships as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage EVP's calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
• Prepare briefing documents, talking points, and background materials
• Draft presentations, one-pagers, and pitch materials
• Update financial models and produce data visualizations
• Draft high volumes of written communications

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startup
• Bachelor's degree required
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets and investor-grade presentation skills
• Exceptional written communication skills

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with energy, AI infrastructure, data center, and/or climate tech markets
• Experience with AI tools, CRMs, and productivity software
