You'll serve as the technical authority on AI, Security Operations Data, and security tooling, defining engineering standards for reliable and secure AI capabilities. You will coach a team of engineers towards engineering excellence and shape the integration of security-relevant tooling. Collaborate closely in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define reference architecture and technical standards for AI enablement services.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality and secure software practices.
• Engineer guardrails for AI-assisted workflows with secure-by-default configurations.
• Ensure platform services have runbooks and repeatable remediation patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in new product or technology development.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and influence stakeholders.
• Strong experience in CI/CD practices and operating production systems.

• MBA/MIS/MS degree desired.
• Experience with security data and analytics engineering.
