You'll drive supply chain performance for PsiQuantum's supply base, focusing on mechanical and cryogenic components. You'll help shift the company from R&D to production of the first fault-tolerant quantum computer. This role offers a chance to scale immature supply chains in a cutting-edge industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate delivery, pricing, and contract terms with key technology suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance for large-scale engineering programs.
• Scale and mature a global supply base for cryogenics and vacuum chambers.
• Develop supplier selection, on-boarding, and technical capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Manager or Supplier Engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field, MBE or ME preferred.
• Experience ramping up small or immature supply chains.
• Contract negotiation and management experience.
