💼 About This Role

You'll join a world-class team delivering high-volume operational tasks for Fieldwire, a Hilti Group company. You'll execute subscription setups in Salesforce and SAP, streamline workflows, and improve processes. This role offers the chance to be the founding member of a new dedicated Ops team in India.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up new, existing, and converted accounts in Salesforce CRM and SAP Billing systems.
• Execute sales orders in SAP and premium account activations in Fieldwire back office systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements for Customer Operations workflows.
• Collaborate with global Support Specialists and cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, economics, computer science, engineering, statistics, math, or equivalent fields.
• 2+ years experience in a Customer support or Operational support role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience executing software subscription selling and account setup tasks or similar operations concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience writing standard operating procedures.

• Experience in construction technology or jobsite management domain.
• Direct experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Zendesk.
