- Direct and oversee central office operations and budget
- Support finance with billing and HR administrative tasks
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide executive assistance to the Managing Director
π Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of EA/Office Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure
