You'll join our elite Technical Services team as the last line of defense before issues reach Development, tackling the most complex customer problems involving cloud and storage technologies. You'll minimize escalations by applying deep technical expertise, mentoring support staff, and developing innovative solutions for a global customer base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead resolution of high-priority complex service requests and escalations
• Mentor and coach Technical Support Engineers on troubleshooting methodologies
• Collaborate with customers and Engineering to isolate issues and analyze logs
• Create high-quality documentation like FAQs and KB articles

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven mastery in technical escalation management
• Experience with large-scale enterprise software installation and support
• Strong shell scripting skills
