You will work as a freelance AI trainer to help improve large language models' understanding of the Aymara language, including vocabulary, grammar, dialects, and cultural context. Your daily tasks include conversing with AI models in Aymara, verifying linguistic accuracy, documenting errors, and suggesting improvements to prompts and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Linguistics, Indigenous Studies, Translation, or related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community work
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Native or near-native fluency in Aymara
• Access to secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models in Aymara across various topics
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge models on contextual interpretation, tone, dialectical distinctions, and semantic accuracy
