You'll be the first smiling face guests see, setting the tone for their entire dining experience at a rapidly expanding soul food restaurant. You'll provide genuine greetings, manage wait times, and ensure smooth seating flow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating flow accurately.
• Answer phones with a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
• Monitor wait times and communicate with guests.
• Complete assigned sidework and maintain cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of hosting experience in an upscale restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain Food Handler's Card and RBS Certification.
