You'll manage the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets, ensuring operational success by handling complex schedules and contracts. You'll act as a primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local station departments for data coordination across broadcasting platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain network & syndication schedules in program systems.
• Maintain syndication data in internal programming databases.
• Act as primary contact for syndicator portals distributing metadata.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to stations.
• Enter new syndication contracts and monitor program usage.

📋 Requirements

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with program management systems for linear/streaming.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across systems.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination between group and stations.
