🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain proficiency in wet-lab techniques and provide training
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
• Oversee instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
• Review and release patient reports per regulatory standards

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification or equivalent
• California licensure as CLS or equivalent
• 3+ years of people leadership in lab operations
