Description

You will lead the Behaviors team that develops ML models for motion planning and prediction in autonomous vehicles. Your role involves defining and executing projects, managing engineers, implementing behavior models using deep learning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate on-road performance.

Requirements

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership in executing large complex technical initiatives
• Experience managing and leading engineers
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Fluency in Python with scientific computing libraries

Responsibilities

• Define and execute motion planning and prediction projects
• Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers
• Design and implement behavior models using machine learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning
• Productionize and deploy solutions onto autonomous vehicle fleets
• Collaborate with perception, simulation, data platform, and integration teams
