🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial planning across B2C, B2B, and Wealth Services channels.
  • Drive customer demand into product strategy, campaigns, and execution.
  • Conduct commercial decision committees connecting strategy and execution.
  • Define directions for incentives, revenue, CRM, and sales teams.

📋 Requirements

  • Strategic, analytical, and strong business posture.
  • Prior experience in commercial planning or go-to-market.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and drive practical execution.
  • Influence and articulation skills with multiple stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial market or investment platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, BI and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in high-complexity, fast-paced environments.
