💼 About This Role

You'll support a large federal agency by managing accounts payable, reimbursable activity, and account oversight. You'll use federal financial systems like UFMS and JEDI for daily transactions and reconciliations. This role offers the chance to contribute to government innovation in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Adjust payroll/labor transactions via re-org processing
• Correct and process federal government travel
• Verify and maintain financial information for DOJ Office of the Comptroller
• Generate reconciliation reports from financial management system

📋 Requirements

• Two-year degree in accounting or four-year degree with 30 accounting credits
• Knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems
• Experience with commitments, obligations, and interagency reimbursement agreements
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in UFMS, JEDI, SAFARI, E-2, and Excel
• Experience with budgeting cycle management and financial management
• Skills in accounts payable/receivable and reimbursable agreements analysis
