💼 About This Role

You'll serve as financial lead for grant administration on global project teams, overseeing budget management, investigator payments, and reporting. You'll ensure accurate and timely payment processing while guiding Project Directors and Managers on financial aspects of Clinical Trial Agreements. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team and contribute to key financial processes in a global clinical research environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee grant administration team including budget management and payment processing.
• Create investigator grant workbooks interpreting financial sections of Clinical Trial Agreements.
• Contribute to month-end close with global project financial reports.
• Manage Sunshine Act Reporting and other client reporting globally.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• 5+ years of CRO experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Experience with clinical trial payment process and international regulations.
