• Design and execute roadshows with corporate and investment banking teams
• Manage heavy calendars and coordinate meetings for investors and clients

• Reconcile expenses and negotiate vendor contracts

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience on complex deal roadshows in financial industry
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
