💼 About This Role

You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents on growth opportunities. You'll partner with agents to identify prospective agents for Strategic Growth Managers. This role offers a direct path to becoming a Strategic Growth Manager through a formal SGP-to-SGM training program.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Cold-call, text, email, and use LinkedIn campaigns to reach prospective agents
  • Work with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies
  • Document activities in CRM and maintain flawless data management

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Self-starter with ability to exercise judgment without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills for client meetings and presentations

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SDR, Customer Success, Direct Sales, or Account Management
  • Track record of excellence in detail-demanding roles
