You'll lead global interior design standards and deliver workspace solutions for a top crypto company. You'll shape employee experience across multiple offices while managing external design partners. You'll own FF&E and brand experience end to end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain global interior design standards and documentation
• Create space plans for new locations and moves/adds/changes
• Lead FF&E selection, procurement, and installation across all offices
• Manage environmental graphic design and brand experience from concept to installation
• Mentor junior design team members and foster creative culture

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial interior design
• Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Deep expertise in space planning, FF&E specification, and design documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent design tools

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house corporate real estate or workplace experience
• Experience with international projects and regional compliance
• WELL, LEED, or BREEAM certification
