Description

In this executive role, you will advise client management on digital transformation projects in the aerospace and defense industry, overseeing strategic initiatives like ramp-up acceleration, software-defined connected battlespace, and supply-chain resilience. You'll develop the consulting portfolio, create service offerings, and manage a team of top-tier talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy/management consulting or industry in aerospace & defense
• Deep understanding of business, technology, and regulatory frameworks across military domains
• Strong go-to-market DNA and network at CxO level
• High IT affinity and enjoyment of strategic analysis and complex project management
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with growth focus and role model behavior
