💼 About This Role

You'll drive new customer acquisition and account expansion for a global SaaS leader in the leisure and attractions industry. You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve ACV growth across the EMEA region.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop sales and pipeline development strategies.
  • Mentor and coach Account Executives to improve revenue acquisition.
  • Assist in closing opportunities and partnering with Customer Success.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue.
  • Based in London, UK with hybrid work (3 days in office).
  • Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.
