💼 About This Role
You'll drive new customer acquisition and account expansion for a global SaaS leader in the leisure and attractions industry. You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives to achieve ACV growth across the EMEA region.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop sales and pipeline development strategies.
- Mentor and coach Account Executives to improve revenue acquisition.
- Assist in closing opportunities and partnering with Customer Success.
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
- Experience scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue.
- Based in London, UK with hybrid work (3 days in office).
- Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.
