Description

You will drive efficient production scheduling for the Starship program, developing rate-based schedules, identifying part shortages, and collaborating with teams to meet daily/weekly goals that align with overall rate targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of manufacturing scheduling/planning/operations, or 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in production environment
• Available for all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Assist in production scheduling, identify part shortages, and project long-term rate needs
• Create rate-based schedules and track constraints for 6+ missions
• Work with production teams to set and execute daily/weekly goals
• Manage scheduling at shared resources and negotiate priorities across departments
• Identify and implement scheduling automation opportunities
