You will be the primary provider of direct services to guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience from entry to exit. You'll answer questions, scan tickets, resolve complaints, and monitor guest conduct while enforcing venue policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Positive attitude with superior customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas
• Operate coat check rooms per guidelines
