You'll lead a maintenance team ensuring apartment communities are clean, functional, and welcoming. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property value through hands-on repairs and team oversight. Lead maintenance operations across multiple sites with team development and capital improvement projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance team work.
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and execution for move-in readiness.
• Manage capital improvement projects, including bids and scheduling.
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trade
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification

• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience
• CPO certification
