You'll drive revenue growth across U.S. Navy accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your core impact is aligning Shift5's data platform with Navy mission priorities to secure multi-year programs. This role requires deep mission understanding and the ability to navigate complex DoD environments while driving outcomes.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end revenue growth across U.S. Navy accounts in information warfare.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned to Navy priorities.
  • Build senior-level relationships with O-6/O-7 and SES leadership.
  • Identify, shape, and close new business opportunities for large programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Mission Delivery, Product, and Engineering.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in defense sales or account management within the Navy ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling complex government deals.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. Navy organizational structure and acquisition processes.
  • Experience engaging with senior military and civilian leadership (O-6/O-7/SES).
