Description

You will build microservices to secure Customer Identity Products and Infrastructure, working within a globally distributed team to solve complex security challenges at scale. Your work directly supports Okta's Secure Identity Commitment and company-wide security strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on development with Golang microservices
• 3+ years experience in cloud infrastructure or product security
• Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure security and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding best practices
• Experience working with globally distributed and remote teams

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain scalable infrastructure services and security solutions for customer identity products
• Build, deploy, and maintain automation for platform security capabilities including logging, threat detection, and compliance benchmarks
• Think like an attacker to assess risk and advise on mitigation strategies
• Support security investigations, root cause analysis, and remediations
• Propose mitigation strategies for end-of-life software and security vulnerabilities
