Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on coding in modern backend environments
• Deep experience with AI-driven development lifecycle (AIDLC) and agentic programming
• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core 6+ and C#
• Strong expertise in SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
• Hands-on experience with Azure (Functions, App Services) or AWS

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) into daily workflow for rapid code generation and debugging
• Design scalable backend services with .NET Core 6+ for high-concurrency systems
• Build and optimize microservices using event-driven architectures and message queuing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
• Achieve mandatory 97% code coverage via AI-generated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL schemas and queries for peak performance
