You'll build the talent function from scratch for an AI-native health tech startup, owning full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic roles. You'll design the recruiting engine, talent brand, and culture while managing a delivery ops recruiter. This role offers meaningful ownership and the chance to shape a future category leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and strategic non-technical roles.
- Manage a high-volume ops recruiter for delivery team hiring.
- Design and implement recruiting stack and data-driven reporting.
- Define candidate experience and amplify talent brand.
๐ Requirements
- 2-6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 1-2+ years in a high-growth startup or top-tier search firm
- Proven track record closing Senior/Staff level Engineers
- Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for non-technical roles (GTM, Ops, G&A)
- Experience managing junior recruiters/sourcers
