Description

You will lead Okta's Growth Lab to build a signal-based demand engine. You'll develop the strategy, operating model, and scalable programs that use intent data, business triggers, and account intelligence to improve targeting and pipeline outcomes, working across demand generation, sales, and marketing operations.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of growth and demand generation experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Deep expertise in intent data, business triggers, and signal-based marketing strategies
• Familiarity with growth stack tools like Clay, 6sense, Salesforce, Marketo, Common Room
• Proven success building repeatable demand programs with measurable pipeline impact
• Strong operational discipline and analytical capability to guide decisions using data

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for Growth Lab to build signal-based demand engine
• Identify high-value business triggers and intent signals, translating them into scalable growth plays
• Lead global target account list strategy development and optimization
• Build frameworks and activation models to operationalize signals across outbound, ABM, digital, and field motions
• Establish success metrics, evaluate performance, and refine programs to improve ROI
