You'll be the face of Carvana at our facility, managing gate access and conducting patrols to protect associates, customers, and assets. You'll execute safety protocols and de-escalate situations to ensure a safe environment and support inventory control procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement at entry and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and buildings
• De-escalate situations and enforce safety protocols
• Utilize Safe and Secure App and RFID technology

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven decision-making in a complex environment
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, Card Access, or similar technology
• Experience supporting an OSHA program or safety team
• Experience with crisis prevention or response plans
