You'll be the operational backbone of Helsing's workshop and site function, ensuring engineering and flight test teams work safely and efficiently. Your core impact is managing the physical environment, site security, and contractor coordination. You'll also serve as Site Security Lead, Fire Marshal, and First Aider, directly affecting safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own workshop organisation and tool/equipment inventory
• Manage procurement and stock of tools and consumables
• Oversee maintenance and repair of workshop infrastructure
• Act as Site Security Lead vetting and briefing visitors
• Serve as Site Fire Marshal and First Aider managing safety

📋 Requirements

• Built and maintained safe workshop or facilities operations
• Managed external contractors or building works
• Held and practiced Fire Marshal or First Aider role
• Coordinated vehicle fleet maintenance and readiness

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in facilities management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH)
• Experience coordinating VIP or client visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
