Description
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Remedy Home Health Care, you will provide in-home therapy to patients recovering from illness or injury, helping them regain communication and swallowing skills. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated care team to support patient independence.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from accredited program
- Valid state licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services as ordered by physician
- Conduct evaluations to determine speech, language, and swallowing needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
