💼 About This Role

As an Equity Administration Analyst, you'll own the end-to-end equity administration processes for a distributed organization. You'll ensure data integrity across grants, vesting, and cap table management while partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR. This role offers fully remote flexibility and the option to receive compensation in Bitcoin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end equity administration processes including grants and vesting
• Maintain accuracy of cap table and equity administration systems
• Partner with Finance and Legal to support audits and reporting
• Design scalable equity and compensation processes and controls

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in equity administration or compensation
• Strong understanding of equity structures and cap tables
• High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy
• Ability to build processes in ambiguous environments

• Experience with SEC reporting or proxy statements
• Certified Compensation Professional certification
• Experience with global or multi-jurisdiction equity programs
