Your core impact is building a pipeline of high-caliber Full Stack, Front-End, and Back-End engineers through advanced sourcing techniques and deep technical vetting. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively hunt for top-tier engineering talent across LATAM.
• Develop creative screening questions to assess genuine logic and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct initial screenings for technical competency, English proficiency, and cultural fit.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment with a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience for software engineering roles.
• Background in a fast-paced recruitment agency with high volume and tight deadlines.
• Existing pipeline of LATAM technical talent and deep regional ecosystem knowledge.
• Confidence discussing React, Angular, Vue, or Node.js, Python, Go and related tech.
