• Partner with GO S leadership to ghostwrite key messages.
• Develop communication plans for change management initiatives.
• Create video content, intranet pages, and Slack updates.
• Govern and optimize internal communication channels.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in internal communications or content creation.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience in travel, tech, or SaaS industries.
• Proficiency in video creation and AI tools.
