💼 About This Role

You'll lead external reporting and technical accounting governance for a publicly listed group overseeing multiple gifting and experiences brands. Your work will directly support the board, audit committee, and strategic decision-making across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead half-year and full-year external reporting under IFRS
• Oversee statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage external auditor relationships and group audit process
• Drive sustainability reporting and ESG initiatives
• Develop finance systems, reporting infrastructure, and automation

📋 Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in a UK listed business environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and annual reporting processes
• Experience managing external audits and senior stakeholders
