You'll serve as a trusted technical expert deploying high-reliability autonomous systems into safety-critical environments. You'll own requirements, metrics, and validation to ensure safe and robust systems ship at scale. This role combines deep technical leadership with life-saving impact in global drone delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own system and subsystem requirement definition, decomposition, and traceability
• Define interfaces and drive cross-disciplinary discussions to align on budgets
• Develop frameworks and facilitate trade studies for performance, safety, and cost
• Evaluate hardware and software release standards and test requirements

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of real-world experience in safety critical electromechanical systems
• Ability to solve complex multidisciplinary problems on schedule independently
• Experience with fail-operational fault tolerant modes enabling continued operation through faults
