You'll design and implement features like domain-specific coding copilots within a proprietary IDE. This role offers high ownership and the chance to ship rapidly to live customer environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and build AI-driven products from scratch.
• Lead design and implementation of novel AI features.
• Partner with cross-functional peers on architectural decisions.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.

📋 Requirements

• Built and shipped production systems in Python (or Rust/Kotlin).
• Solved messy engineering problems involving data or scale.
• Took end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives.
• Communicated complex technical ideas to stakeholders.
