💼 About This Role

You'll provide play-based ABA therapy to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings. Your work will help kids build meaningful skills through naturalistic play, supported by a BCBA-owned team. We offer flexible part-time hours and cover your RBT exam fees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 support using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings like parks and libraries
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

📋 Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to complete
• Experience working with children
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills
