💼 About This Role

You'll join our Finance team, managing project data and invoicing for a group of Project Managers. Your work ensures accuracy and integrity of financial data, supporting project accounting functions. You'll have the opportunity to implement new technologies and work in a hybrid-remote environment after 30 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain financial project data for Project Managers
• Ensure accuracy of project data from timesheet to invoicing
• Assist with timely and accurate invoicing
• Perform tasks in invoicing/collection cycle

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business-related discipline
• 3+ years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel
• Data and time management skills
