🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients with day-to-day service
• Handle client and carrier inquiries, endorsements, and policy issuance
• Support claims advocacy and guide clients through the claims process
• Maintain accurate account information in the agency management system

📋 Requirements

• Active Property Casualty insurance license
• Demonstrated experience in personal lines account management
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
