Description

You will own the technology roadmap and day-to-day execution of operational functions in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support, combining a software engineering mindset with AI and automation to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll run the full product lifecycle—from discovery with stakeholders to deployment with engineering—and own quality standards end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and run operational functions in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support
• Rapidly develop domain expertise and identify where technology can replace manual processes
• Execute full product lifecycle from requirements discovery to deployment
• Define success metrics with business owners and partner with engineering to build solutions
• Own quality standards end-to-end: defect identification, tracking, and prevention
