You'll lead the development of a new Customer Insights function within Operations Strategy, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership. You'll deliver executive-ready recommendations to shape product, go-to-market, and investment decisions. This role offers the chance to build a high-performing insights team from the ground up.

  • Design and implement user research methodologies including customer interviews and surveys.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on customer experience and competitive dynamics.
  • Lead customer segmentation, persona mapping, and win/loss analysis.
  • Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for product and business strategy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer insights, user research, market research, or management consulting.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing research methodologies (interviews, surveys, data analysis).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional partner experience.
