Description
You will partner with Sales to help organizations understand how Diligent's platform transforms risk, audit, and compliance management. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating challenges into compelling solutions that drive business value. This role combines domain expertise, storytelling, and customer interaction in a commercial environment.
Requirements
- Experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, or GRC, either in a customer-facing role or within industry
- Experience working with SaaS solutions or strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes
- Curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen both technical and domain knowledge
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Sales to support the full pre-sales lifecycle
- Deliver tailored, high-impact software demonstrations
- Engage confidently with senior leaders across Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Governance functions
- Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives
- Design and present solution architectures that align with customer objectives and regulatory environments
- Articulate the cross-platform value of the Diligent Platform
- Collaborate with Product teams to provide customer and domain feedback
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership content
