Description

You will partner with Sales to help organizations understand how Diligent's platform transforms risk, audit, and compliance management. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating challenges into compelling solutions that drive business value. This role combines domain expertise, storytelling, and customer interaction in a commercial environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, or GRC, either in a customer-facing role or within industry
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions or strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes
  • Curious, self-driven, and motivated to continuously deepen both technical and domain knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales to support the full pre-sales lifecycle
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact software demonstrations
  • Engage confidently with senior leaders across Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, and Governance functions
  • Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives
  • Design and present solution architectures that align with customer objectives and regulatory environments
  • Articulate the cross-platform value of the Diligent Platform
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide customer and domain feedback
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership content
