💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building automated workflows and data pipelines to scale risk and compliance programs at Anthropic. Your work will transform manual compliance processes into scalable engineering systems, with a unique opportunity to design AI-powered workflows using Claude. This is a greenfield role where you'll define the architecture for governance, risk, and compliance automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the team that establishes foundational GRC processes and architecture.
• Design and build automated workflows for risk management and compliance.
• Build data pipelines that aggregate risk, control, and asset information across the tech stack.
• Inform GRC platform strategy and implementation, evaluating and deploying tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of total experience and 3-4+ years managing technical teams.
• 5+ years designing automated workflows, data pipelines, or system integrations.
• Relentless focus on data integration: pulling, normalizing, and joining data from multiple sources.
• Understanding of APIs and integration patterns: REST, webhooks, authentication flows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing or implementing AI-powered automation or agentic workflows.
• Experience with GRC tools and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
• Experience with policy-as-code and translating requirements into automated checks.
