You'll lead Gamma's first East Coast sales hub in NYC, building repeatable sales processes and scaling the team. You'll set the culture for how Gamma shows up in every customer interaction and create repeatable sales processes that scale without losing quality. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build from scratch.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Coach and develop a team of AEs across enterprise and commercial segments
  • Build repeatable sales processes including qualification frameworks and forecasting
  • Own team's number with precise forecasting and pipeline health management
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of frontline sales management at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
  • Experience managing both enterprise and commercial sales motions
  • Builder mindset with a track record of standing up processes
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in PLG or product-led environments
  • Background selling creative tools, AI products, or horizontal SaaS platforms
  • Experience building a team in a new market or geography
