Your work will ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process and drive employee engagement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult and resolve employee workplace issues.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and E-Verify/H1B processes.
• Conduct investigations and performance improvement plans.
• Facilitate performance management and compliance training.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Management experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR practices.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• SPHR/PHR or SHRM credentials.
• Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment.
