💼 About This Role

You'll coach senior HR leaders in EMEA through 1:1 virtual sessions using Mento's proprietary platform and tools. You'll help members set clear goals, become better leaders, and feel fulfilled at work, all while participating in an ICF-certified coach training program. This role is ideal for VP+ or C-suite HR leaders looking to expand their coaching skills in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 coaching through virtual sessions using Mento Platform.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights with the Mento community.

📋 Requirements

• VP+ or C-suite HR leader with 20+ years experience managing teams.
• Dedicate minimum 12+ hours per month to coaching for 24 months.
• Must complete Mento's ICF-certified coach training program.
• Experience in technology companies or high-growth startups.
