Requirements

• 3+ years leading successful design system or product design teams
• Extensive experience building and shipping design systems
• Experience building and scaling a design team
• Excellent communication and ability to make complex technical details clear
• High value on quality visual design with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead design systems across products and the team defining them
• Advocate for design craftsmanship across product, design, and engineering
• Oversee foundational experiences including insurance, support, and security
• Manage internal tooling experiences for operational efficiency
• Hire, lead, and coach a team of designers
