Description

You will join a founding go-to-market team to scale Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. You will build deep relationships with referral partners in detox centers, residential treatment, and rehab facilities, educating them about our comprehensive virtual SUD treatment and mental health programs to expand access to care.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Based in Cincinnati, OH area with willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners through in-field outreach 4-5 days per week
• Educate referral partners on Charlie Health’s SUD programs and services
• Collect partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SUD growth and engagement
