💼 About This Role

You'll join a rapidly growing Accounting Advisory practice as a trusted partner to clients, delivering tailored integrated solutions that solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. You'll contribute to financial reporting and operational accounting improvements while mentoring team members and exploring AI-enabled solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve financial reporting processes and assist with SEC filings
• Advise on operational accounting optimization and implement new accounting standards
• Oversee project administration including budgeting and client management
• Mentor team members through coaching and performance feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, operational accounting, or implementing new accounting policy
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting)
• CPA or CA certification preferred
